Paani Foundation believes that the solution to our water crisis lies in decentralised watershed management and rainwater harvesting. We aim to motivate, train and empower people for this purpose.
Our immediate mission is to make Maharashtra drought-free and we believe this can only be achieved when students, farmers, working professionals, industrialists…. in a word, millions of people from different walks of life join this movement. We invite you to be a part of this journey.
You will be heartened to know that large numbers of people from all over the world have already written to us to volunteer for Paani Foundation’s work. Some of them even visited the villages on their own and offered shramdan (voluntary labour) during the Satyamev Jayate Water Cup 2016 and 2017.
If you would like to offer shramdan or have other specific ideas around how you would like to support the watershed development work that the villagers will be doing, please let us know.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please share a bit about yourself (for example, where you live, where you work or study) and your contact details.
